First Time Using CBD?
The 500mg or 1000mg is suitable for trying CBD for the first time. 1000mg simply means there is 1000mg of CBD in the whole bottle. The 2000mg means that there is 2000mg of CBD in the whole bottle. 1000mg is considered to be a strong product but would be suitable for first time users. 2000mg is considered extra strength and is suitable for an experienced CBD user. 4000mg would be considered a high concentration and is suitable for acute pain or microdosing. If the average person doses about half an ml per dose, this bottle will last you approx. 2 months. Each person is different and because of this some people may need to dose more and others less and so the length this bottle will last will vary from person to person. 

Suggested Use: Follow label instructions. Shake well before use. Take 1ml (1 full dropper) under your tongue for 30-60 seconds, 15-30 minutes before bedtime. 1ml (1 full dropper) yields 2mg of Melatonin.

    It doesn’t help me sleep

    This does nothing for me. It tastes bad and doesn’t help me sleep at all. Usually 25mg of CBD can give me a full nights sleep. This I am up to 60mg and I wake up constantly. Save your money it’s crap.

    I am sorry to hear that the Terra Vita CBD oil is not working for you. Research is still early on CBD and we cannot give any health claims, but studies done suggest that a side effect from taking too much CBD is actually the opposite of inducing sleep, rather it can alertness or the inability to get a good night's rest. If you haven't already tried this, I would suggest to cut back the amount you're taking and take a consistent dosage for 3-4 days time to see if that works for you.     Puts you to sleep quick

    Love this product. Helps me fall asleep fast and wake up refreshed. Don’t need a lot . Kind of on the pricey side . But worth it if your sleep is compromised regularly .
