Suggested Use:

These Capsules are 25mg each and can be taken on a full or empty stomach at any time of the day. The effect time varies from person to person but on average it should be around 6-8 hours. The CBD ‘Restore’ capsules take about 60 minutes to kick in. 25mg of CBD per dosage would be considered a medium strength so we suggest no more than 2 per serving. You can take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening for all-day relief.

Sleep/Anxiety

I use it for insomnia and anxiety and so far it seems to be working alright. I like that it's in capsule form so I can be specific about the dose and not worry about chewing a gummy (though I like those as well, just not right before bed!). Also helps for muscle recovery.
Would recommend as part of a sleep aid program and muscle recovery, as well as general mood stabilizer/anti anxiety.

It's certainly a pro if your looking for that exact dosage but a con if you want to vary the dosage at all. This is where we would typically tell people to go the tincture route instead.
