The answer is no, you will not get “high”. There is not enough THC in this product to create any unwanted psychoactive effects. The benefits of this product is the CBD itself and other cannabinoids. THC by itself has many benefits but CBD alone has even more.
Suggested Use:
This is a tincture meaning you would use the dropper and apply some of the CBD oil under your tongue and hold it there for 60-90 seconds. You can also add the CBD oil into a beverage or food of choice.

How much do I take?
If you have never used a CBD oil before then the best method to using this product is to start low and slow and work your way up until you find desired relief. Everyone’s dosing will be different depending on body chemistry, ailment, weight, etc.
We suggest starting with 1/8 or 1/4 of a dropper (the dropper has marking to indicate this). Try that consistently every day for 3-4 days and increase after that point if you find you need more. We suggest keeping a journal to track dosages and results. You can work your way up slowly and this CBD oil can be taken anytime of the day. A typical dosage would be one full dropper.
