How do I use this product?
This is a tincture meaning you would use the dropper and apply some of the CBD oil under your tongue and hold it there for 60-90 seconds. You can also add the tincture into a beverage or food of choice.

How much do I take?
If you have never used CBD before then the best method to using a CBD oil is to start low and slow and work your way up until you find desired relief. Everyone’s dosing will be different depending on body chemistry, ailment, weight, etc.
We suggest starting with 1/8 or 1/4 of a dropper (the dropper has marking to indicate this). Try that dosing for 3-4 days every day and increase after that point if you find you need more. You can work your way up slowly. A typical dosage would be one full dropper. We suggest keeping a journal and tracking your increments. This CBD oil can be taken any time of the day and more than once daily.
