If this is your first time taking CBD then this 750mg is a great starting dosage for you. We suggest you start low and slow with dosage when first trying it out. There is a dropper in the bottle and each dropper contains 1ml of oil. We suggest when first starting out to use about 1/2 or even less of a dropper full of the solution, place under the tongue for a minute and then swallow.
